Michael Jackson impersonator Fabio Jackson appeared to confirm that he was in the music video for the artist formerly known as Kanye West and Travis Scott’s collaboration “Father.”
Directed by Ye’s wife, Bianca Censori, the “Father” visual was released on Saturday (March 28) and depicted the 24-time Grammy winner seated in a church while multiple people approach the communion table, including Scott. Ye, who’s later revealed to be an alien in disguise, sits nearby, just two pews in front of what seems to be Fabio. By the video’s end, most of the church occupants leave the room, while a man enters with a large wooden crucifix and sits in Ye’s original spot.
Fabio, 32, shared his cameo in the video by reposting news about it in his Instagram Stories, seemingly confirming that it was in fact him in the visuals.

Fabio went viral last year for a TikTok of him stumbling across another Michael Jackson street performer and giving the entertainer a look of approval. He’s since gained popularity across social media as the upcoming musical biopic, Michael, is slated to premiere on April 24.
Last November, Fabio was among other Jackson impersonators who criticized alleged wardrobe and stylization errors in the Michael trailer. The late King of Pop is portrayed by his nephew, Jaafar Jackson, in the film.
“When I saw the trailer, I saw that some of the things also could have been done better,” he said in a conversation with Michael Trapson below. “It was like, ‘Man, how could it be that they messed up on a couple things that shouldn’t be messed up with?”
Fabio also shared in a, interview with TMZ that while impersonating Jackson is a “big burden,” he wished to have auditioned for the lead role in Michael.
