US president Donald Trump known as India’s high minister Narendra Modi “a killer” and “difficult as hell” throughout a speech on the Asia Pacific Financial Cooperation (Apec) summit in South Korea.
The president imitated Modi whilst reflecting on discussions he had with the Indian chief in Might, when cross-border assaults escalated with Pakistan.
