A new Blue Bell flavor is hitting store shelves, combining two classic desserts into one as the Texas-based company continues to expand its lineup.

Blue Bell announced the release of its new Brookie À La Mode Ice Cream, which began arriving in stores March 26.

The new flavor blends brownies and chocolate chip cookies into a single dessert. It features brown sugar ice cream mixed with chunks of brownies and soft chocolate chip cookie pieces.

“We enjoy finding new ways to top already delicious desserts,” said Sara Schramm, Blue Bell marketing brand manager. “Blue Bell Ice Cream is the perfect addition to a brookie. Our new flavor starts with a delicious brown sugar ice cream, loaded with chunks of chewy brownies and soft chocolate chip cookies in every bite. It is the best of both, or all three worlds!”

The company said Brookie À La Mode will be available for a limited time in both half-gallon and pint sizes.

That rollout comes alongside another new product. Blue Bell also introduced Honey Vanilla Ice Cream, available in pint size while supplies last.

Earlier this month, Blue Bell released a new line of high-protein dairy desserts.

The PRO pints contain up to 12 grams of protein per serving and come in Chocolate, Coffee, Salted Caramel, Strawberry and Vanilla flavors.
