An attack on an American base in Saudi Arabia has left 12 US soldiers injured, two seriously, a US official has told Reuters news agency.
The strike targeted Prince Sultan Air Base on Friday. It involved drones and damaged several American refuelling aircraft.

War to end in weeks not months, US says
He also said Tehran is “on the run” and no longer the “bully of the Middle East”.
US secretary of state Marco Rubio told reporters the US expects the Iran operation to conclude within weeks, not months.
“We have objectives and we are very confident we are on the verge of achieving them,” he said.
Rubio said Iran may decide to set up a tolling system on the Strait of Hormuz, before later saying any permanent toll on the waterway would be “unacceptable”.
Trump also called on Iran to re-open the Strait of Hormuz.
“They have to open up the Strait of Trump – I mean, Hormuz,” he said.
