The OKC Thunder will be close to full strength when it hosts the Los Angeles Lakers at 8:30 p.m. CT Thursday.

Jalen Williams and Isaiah Hartenstein are back for OKC (60-16) after not playing in its 114-110 overtime home win over the Detroit Pistons on Monday due to injury management. But Alex Caruso (illness) is listed as questionable.

Los Angeles (50-26) continues to be without former Oklahoma State star Marcus Smart, who has missed the last five games due to a right ankle contusion. But that didn’t stop the Lakers from earning a 127-113 home win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday.

Thunder vs Lakers predictions, picks

Justin Martinez: OKC 117, Los Angeles 113

Los Angeles is playing great basketball right now, and its defense has seemingly turned around. But it’ll be tested against an OKC offense that has plenty of weapons. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is one of the most unguardable players in basketball. Jalen Williams is a downhill threat. Chet Holmgren is a floor-spacing five. And the Thunder’s bench has spark plugs such as Ajay Mitchell, Isaiah Joe, Jaylin Williams and Jared McCain. I think it’ll all be too much for Los Angeles to contain, so give me OKC at home.
