Zimbabwe’s speedster Blessing Muzarabani has been named in Kolkata Knight Riders’ (KKR) opening Indian Premier League (IPL) against Mumbai Indians (MI).

The lanky bowler makes his debut in the world’s richest T20 franchise.

While he was part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) title-winning side, he did not play a single match.

Muzarabani signed for KKR after dramatically leaving the PSL where he had signed with Islamabad United. He joined KKR as a replacement for Mustafizur Rahim.

MI won the toss and chose to bowl.
