EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WKBT) — Xcel Power is urging consumers throughout northwestern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Higher Peninsula to arrange for serious climate as thunderstorms and tornadoes threaten the area right through Critical Climate Preparedness Week.
